Job responsibilities:
- Responsibility of marketing, from strategy to execution
- Identify target audience prospects and secure reach
- Develop and manage marketing schedules across all channels
- Drive customer engagement and conversion through insightful data analysis and customer journey mapping
- Streamline processes, encourage innovation, and ensure marketing excellence
- Work closely with the marketing director and data manager for ongoing improvement
- Create integrated event plans, including pre-event marketing, show floor presence and post-event follow-up
- Work across the business to understand goals, budget, and plan for each Event
- Monitor, report and communicate goals, planning and budgets
- Happy executing and running marketing activities hands-on
- Great communicator, influencer
Job requirements:
- At least 2 years in event marketing, previous experience in B2B/B2C marketing
- Solid understanding events
- Interest in female health
- Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently
- Strong experience in areas including insight development and audience segmentation
- You are a confident communicator (both verbal and written), capable of building strong, supportive relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience using a CRM system ( to add the systems you use)
- Experience using a website CMS ( to add the systems you use)
- Excellent knowledge of best practices across email, social media, paid media, landing pages & websites
- In-depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics
- Excellent ability to strategically interpret data trends and gaps, providing analysis & recommendations
